  • What time will my device arrive and who will deliver it?
    Delivery time will be determined when the order is placed. Generally orders will be delivered between 8am -5pm on your selected date. If a timed delivery is requested, this will incur an additional charge. Your device will be delivered by FedEx when standard delivery is selected, and by UPS when timed delivery is requested.
  • Do I need to be there to sign for the package?
    Yes all packages must be signed for but orders can be shipped to an address of your choice. Meaning you can always ensure it is delivered to an address where it can be signed for.
  • Do I need to contact my card issuer before I travel?
    As Vodafone is a UK based company, we recommend you tell your card issuer that you will be traveling internationally. A deposit will be taken and during your rental period, when airtime usage exceeds $150 ($500 for satellite phone), an invoice will be raised for the airtime used to date. This amount will be charged automatically to the credit card on your account and will be repeated if necessary.
  • What do I do if my device will not charge or appears faulty when it arrives?
    All devices will be fully charged on arrival. If the device does not appear to be charged or does not turn on, please consult your user guide for full instructions on turning on the phone. If the phone is still not functioning, please call our Customer Service team for full help and support.
  • How do I set up call forwarding?
    To set up call forwarding please contact your US service provider for further details.
  • What do I do if I wish to cancel my order?
    Please contact Vodafone as soon as possible. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will incur no cancellation fees. If however you cancel the order and the order has already been shipped, you will be held responsible for the shipping charges only, provided the phone is returned before the rental commences.
